Most products listed on our website are manufactured to order and will be subject to a lead time, this will include some of our furniture and shelter products. Once your order has been processed you will receive an order acknowledgement which will advise you of the lead time for your order. If your order is being dispatched on a pallet you will be contacted prior to delivery to ensure that you are available to accept the order. All other order will be dispatched using the courier DX, you will not be called to advise of the delivery however, if you have provided a mobile phone number at the point of ordering, you will receive a text message with a delivery update.
