  • How Can I Track My Order?

    Most products listed on our website are manufactured to order and will be subject to a lead time, this will include some of our furniture and shelter products. Once your order has been processed you will receive an order acknowledgement which will advise you of the lead time for your order. If your order is being dispatched on a pallet you will be contacted prior to delivery to ensure that you are available to accept the order. All other order will be dispatched using the courier DX, you will not be called to advise of the delivery however, if you have provided a mobile phone number at the point of ordering, you will receive a text message with a delivery update.

    Should you require additional tracking information please contact our customer service team via email or telephone and we should be able to provide you with an estimated date of arrival.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Please contact our customer service team over the telephone or via email to discuss the possibility of a refund. You will then be asked the reason for your request; the agent will then provide you with further guidance on how we will proceed with your case.

  • How do I get into my web account?

    You will only be able to gain access to your online account if you have processed orders online previously. To log in to your account, please click here. Enter the email address and password in the "Email" and "Password" section, these will be found in your Account Creation email.
